This is the Android 11 feature that realme has already bought to Devices running Android 10!

realme is a relatively young brand in the smartphone market, but it has not stopped them from launching innovative products and supporting them. The software is as important as the hardware on a device, and realme has been good on both the fronts with it’s realme UI. A good software support consists of regular updates that are well optimized, accompanied by the required security patches and Android updates. In the latest #AskMadhav Episode 18, realme CEO Madhav Sheth revealed plans about the Android 11 update roll-out for realme devices. It is no secret that the beta testing for devices like realme X2 Pro and realme X50 Pro is already being carried out for the latest Android Version. This new iteration of the biggest mobile operating system mainly focuses on People, Privacy, and Control. Android 11 brings with it various new as well as better optimized versions of the older features such as media control in the status bar with QS tiles, chat bubbles, among a plethora of other features that you can read about here. However, there’s one Android 11 feature that realme has already provided to realme devices running Android 10.

Currently, when the users switch on flight Mode on devices running Android 10 and lower, the system would automatically turn off the Bluetooth connection too. While this isn’t an issue that renders the device unusable, it was still quite an inconvenience. The usage of Bluetooth is increasing day by day due to the surge of wireless audio products and other wearables and the omission of 3.5mm headset jack. Google has fixed this issue with Android 11, where Bluetooth doesn’t get turned off after the flight mode is turned on.

While most devices will need to wait for this feature to arrive with the Android 11 update, realme has already brought the feature to several devices with July 2020 Android security patch update.
