realme has been banking on its hearable business since the launch of its first wireless product realme buds wireless. realme recently emerged in Top 5 TWS Brands (2019) In India and realme Buds Air and realme Buds Wireless combined sales figure crossed the 1 million mark globally. Last week, the company launched a cheaper variant of its popular realme Buds Air, called realme Buds Air Neo in India, China, and Europe. It also launched Samsung Galaxy Buds look-alike realme Buds Q in China, which the company has confirmed, will launch soon under INR 2,000 in India. And now realme CEO Madhav has teased the launch of the next realme premium TWS in India.

realme Buds Air and realme Bud Air Neo have Apple Airpods inspired design, going by this new patent, the new realme Buds Air Pro seems to have a design inspired by the Apple Airpods Pro. The images reveal the realme earbuds with silicone ear tips, angular design, and a stem that might be shorter than the realme Buds Air and realme Buds Air Neo. The ear-tips suggest the realme TWS earbuds could offer better noise cancellation.

In the latest #AskMadhav episode no 17, realme CEO Madhav Sheth has now confirmed that the premium realme TWS is coming to India very soon.

realme also filed patents for two charging cases along the same time as the earbuds, one of which we anticipate would be the realme premium TWS, that Madhav was hinting about. While one has a rounded oval shape design. The other one looks somewhat like AirPods Pro charging case. Both the carry cases have an LED indicator, USB Type-C port for charging, and an extra button, presumably to enable Bluetooth pairing. They look like premium charging cases, will definitely support wireless charging as well. Expect this to be priced in the premium category.
