Android 11 based realme UI 2.0 now rolling out to realme narzo 20 as a part of realme UI 2.0 Early Access Program


realme launched the realme Narzo 20 in India a few weeks back. The device ran Android 10 based realme UI 1.0 out of the box. Since then realme has been rolling out regular security patches along with various features and optimizations to the device. At the same event, realme revealed the realme UI 2.0 in India. This next iteration of realme’s custom skins comes with a ton of new features such as improved dark mode and chat bubbles to name a few. Earlier today, realme had announced the realme UI 2.0 Early Access program for realme Narzo 20. .Now, realme Narzo 20 has started receiving Android 11 based realme UI 2.0 update as a part of realme UI Early Access.

The update comes with version RMX2193_11_C.01, weighs 2.81 GB, and brings realme UI 2.0 to realme Narzo 20. realme is rolling out the update only for the users who are selected for the early access program. Here’s how you can get realme UI 2.0 Early Access Update for your device!

realme UI 2.0 Early access program is designed keeping tech enthusiasts in mind, this program will let enthusiasts experience new features before anyone. The device needs to be at least charged up to 60% or more. It is also highly recommended to take a backup of all the files in case of a data loss. Following are the steps on how to apply for the early access program.

  1. Update your device to the required UI version→[RMX2193_11_A.17].   
  2. Apply for the Early access via the Software Update Application channel:
    • (Settings > Software Update > Tap on the settings icon in the top right corner > Trial Version > Submit your details > Apply Now).

It is important to note that you can’t rollback to the previous version after updating to realme UI. It is recommended to take back up of important data before proceeding.
