realme has been on a launch spree in the 2019, but most of the smartphones had more or less same camera layout. realme users have been pointing the same on various social media channels and so in response to a user query, realme India CMO, Francis said that the company will soon introduce a new design. A couple of days back realme India CEO, Madhav Sheth in the latest episode of #AskMadhav revealed that the company will launch a new smartphone with an all-new design as early as next month in the country. Now, a new realme smartphone RMX2121 has appeared on TENAA MIIT certification revealing new design.
As per the images, RMX2121 has a modified camera setup, instead of arranging all the four cameras in a vertical strip, realme has decided to place these in two columns similar to the Samsung Galaxy S20 series. The camera island still has rectangular shape but now had more width to it.
The fingerprint scanner can not be seen in the images, so we can safely assume it to feature in-display fingerprint scanner with AMOLED display. Apart from the images a couple of other things that can be confirmed based on the MIIT certification are that RMX2121 will be a 5G device and will run on Android similar to every other realme smartphone.
realme RMX2121 MIIT TENAA certification also reveals that it will feature a 6.55″ display along with dual-cell battery, and we’re suspecting that it might be the very same device that received TUV Rheinland certificate a few weeks back. realme uses dual-cell batteries on the flagship series devices for faster charging, so expect this device to feature SuperDART charging at least in case it doesn’t turn out to be a flagship device.
