realme X2 September 2020 C.12 Update brings September Android Security Patch, DC Dimming, Super Nighttime Feature and more!


realme launched the realme X2 with Android 9.0 on top of ColorOS 6.1 in India back in December. realme X2 received Android 10 based realme UI 1.0 update back in March in India. realme X2 C.11 brought a new Smooth Scrolling feature with July Android security patch to the device last month. Now, realme has started rolling out a new update bringing September Android security patch to the device. realme X2 September 2020 update comes as build RMX1992EX_11_C.12, weighs 690 MBs in size and brings various improvements along with it.

The update brings various improvements under realme Lab. The new Improvements include DC Dimming, Super Nightime feature and much more. It also adds a auto scrolling feature when taking scrolling screenshots. Other improvements include camera optimizations, new deep clean feature, multi user support and more. Along with all this, the update brings various bug fixes and system improvements. realme says it is a staged roll-out to ensure the stability, the update is randomly pushed out to a limited number of users and will have a broader rollout in a few days after the company makes sure that there are no critical bugs.
